Rules and Procedures

• Late coming is not tolerated and those who come late will have to get permission from the principal before they proceed to their classes.
• All the pupils must attend classes regularly. In case of absence, a leave letter signed by the parent should be submitted to the class teacher. Students who remain absent continuously for three days shall have to produce medical certificate duly signed by the physician.
• During school hours students are not allowed to receive visitors.
• Students should wear neat, clean and ironed uniform daily. Those who violate this rule will not be allowed to sit in the class.
• It is compulsory for students to use the prescribed uniform which is available at the school store.
• Students should not look shabby with unkempt hair.
• Speaking English is enforced in the school, within the classrooms and the campus.
• Pupils have the responsibility to keep the school premises neat and clean.
• Any damage done to the school property is punishable.
• No pupil is permitted to leave the campus during the working hours except by the special permission of the principal.
• Children are strictly forbidden to wear gold ornaments.
• Every student is responsible for the safe upkeeping of his/her belongings.
• At all times students are expected to be polite and courteous towards other students, staff and elders.
• Students are strictly prohibited from bringing unwanted materials to school, especially electronic gadgets, such as mobile phones, cameras, memory cards, etc.
• Students suffering from contagious or infectious disease should not attend the school till the required quarantine period is completed.
• Parents of own transport children and those who come on foot from the vicinity are requested to make sure that their children always reach the school safely and on time also.
